I had been behind in my mortgage and felt hopeless  until my sister had told me about NMA and how you helped her and her family. I wish I wouldn’t of waited so long to have mentioned it to her I guess I was ashamed and really didn’t want anyone to have known my situation. Now I know how foolish I was, I guess that is more common then you realize people like my self are suffering this nightmare all alone and if we only share a little bit with others we would realize that there are some great people out there like at NMA that are so willing to jump right in and help families like mine . All there really went above and beyond and had me take a step back and dealt with these people at the bank and made them see that we are a good family that just hit some bad times . After all said and done my past due balance was eliminated and rate as well as payment went down nearly $611. per month. That was enough for my family to not only save our home but to have payments that could afford  , all in all we here just want to say a great big thank you and that you are now part of the family and will never forget you all there at NMA.
